The Buffet
Our station buffet is open daily (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day) serving breakfast, main meals, light bites, cakes and snacks.
The Buffet is open every day from 9am. We closed at 4pm Monday – Friday (unless trains are running) and 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays and all other train running days. Last orders for hot food is 2.30pm Monday to Friday and 3pm on weekends and running days.
Seating is either on the platform terrace or inside in our static 1950s carriage ‘Margaret’ giving you the chance to dine in a heritage railway carriage and watch the trains go by.
We welcome cyclists and walkers from the Bristol & Bath Railway Path as well as visitors to the railway. All profits from the Buffet are ploughed back into our latest projects so why not visit us soon and help us secure our future? Our friendly staff look forward to welcoming you.
Our takeaway kiosk is also open on our busier running days offering a smaller selection of snacks, hot and cold drinks and Mr Whippy ice-creams.
Restaurant
Our static restaurant carriage, ‘Rose’, is open throughout the year offering a range of menus created using locally sourced produce.
Sunday Lunch
A traditional Sunday roast is available most Sundays throughout the year.

Sunday Lunch does need to be prebooked and we ask for a £5 deposit per person. Tables can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable.
Curry Night
The last Friday of the month is our popular Curry Night. The menu changes each month.

Private Events & Gatherings
Our static restaurant carraige is the perfect place for a get-together. Catering for up to 48 people, our in-house catering team can create a menu for your event to your exact specification and requirements. We dont charge any ‘room hire’ fees for groups of 20 or more but a small charge will be added to your bill for groups under 20.
