Good Friday 7th to Easter Monday 10th April 2023
We have lots going on over the Easter weekend at Avon Valley Railway. Take a ride behind one of our steam or diesel locomotives, book a table on one of our dining trains or new first class experiences or visit our station buffet and enjoy a meal or drinks while watching the trains go by.

On Good Friday and Easter Saturday enjoy a ride along the Avon Valley behind one of our diesel locomotives.

Join us on Easter Saturday and try our new First Class Experiences. Take your seat in our first class carriage while our hosts serve complimentary refreshments during the journey. Onboard refreshments include. Tea & Cake at 1045 train, Soup & Sandwich at 1315 and Cream Tea at 1545.

On Easter Sunday and Monday, come and see our Fry’s Chocolate Train, take a ride behind one of our steam locomotives and enjoy a bar of chocolate during the journey!
Our station buffet is serving Easter Sunday Roast from 12 noon. Booking is essential so please call the station on 0117 932 5538 to reserve your table. Choose from a choice of main courses and desserts with 2 courses for £16.50 per person.
Fancy a full English breakfast while travelling along the Avon Valley by steam train? We still have seats available for our Breakfast Dining Train on Monday 10th April.
More of a sweet tooth? Book your table for Afternoon Tea aboard our first class dining carriage. Spend the afternoon travelling by steam and enjoying a selection of sandwiches, scones and sweet treats.
