Join our team

We’re always on the lookout for more people to join our team of volunteers.  At the moment we’re specifically looking for people to support our fundraising activities by selling raffle tickets onboard our trains.  You’ll need to be a friendly face and happy to engage with our visitors as they enjoy their day out.

We’re also looking for people to work in our gift shop.  We sell a variety of railway-themed goods for both adults and children (think Thomas the Tank Engine!).  You’ll need to be happy handling money and like the idea of helping customers make their purchases.

Both of these roles are available when we run trains; Saturday, Sundays and selected Wednesdays from April to September plus Sundays in October and Tue – Thur in school holidays.
