Another of our very popular charter events took place on Saturday 12th July, organised by the Reverend David Hardy our railway’s Chaplin and accompanied by the Unity Brass Band.
The passengers were accompanied by Unity Brass as they sang popular hymns at Bitton Station, moved by AVR train hauled by MSC No 70 to Oldland Common, returned to Bitton for refreshments and then to Avon Riverside for more hymns.
The picture is of the singing at Riverside on what was a beautiful evening.
